Genia Boustany, Hospitality & Sustainability Consultant and serves as an alternate director on the board of Poseidonia Beach Hotel.

Before entering the hospitality world, Genia comes from a creative background.
After graduating from the German School in Beirut, she completed a BA in “Cinematography”. Wanting to step into the business world, she conducted a Master’s Degree in ‘Management and the Creative Economy” from Kingston University in the UK.
She moved ahead with a Master Certificate in “Hospitality Management” from Cornell University in New York. She then focused on Sustainability and completed online the “Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies Program” from the University of Cambridge – Judge Business School. Most recently she completed the GSTC-SHC program “Global Sustainable Tourism Council- Sustainable Hotel Course”.
Genia has over ten years of experience in business development in creative and hospitality sectors. She later shifted her focus to sustainability within business. Since 2022, she has been leading the Sustainable Journey of Poseidonia Beach Hotel in Limassol.
