Constantinos Loizou was born in Nicosia in 1995. He holds a degree and a master’s in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Since 2021, he has been working as a researcher for the NTUA on a WATER-MINING project based in Cyprus.

Since 2017, he has been actively involved in youth affairs in Greece and Cyprus. During the 2020-2021 season, he served as Vice-President of the Student Association for International Affairs in Greece (SAFIA). Furthermore, he currently holds the position of Secretary General of the Board of the Cyprus Youth DiplomaCY. In November 2023, he was elected as President of the Cyprus Youth Council (CYC) with a unanimous vote. His term began on January 1, 2024.

He represented Cyprus twice as a Youth Delegate for the EU Youth Dialogue, in Sweden during the 9th cycle and in Spain during the 10th cycle. Since September 2023, he has also been a member of the Coordination Team for organizing the 6th House of Young Representatives.
