Andreas Tsouloftas studied Civil Engineering at the University of Manchester UMIST in the United Kingdom graduated in 1979 and he is menber of ETEK.

He is the founder and Manager Director of Tsouloftas Constructions Ltd and A.Tsouloftas & Sons Ltd. He is the Manager Director of the Tsouloftas Group of Companies and associated Joint Ventures.
Andreas Tsouloftas is Director of Limassol Marina Ltd.

He is the President of Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 2020 to 2026, and he is member of the Executive Committee of Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Andreas Tsouloftas is married to Isabella Droussioti. They have five children – George, Alexandros, Electra, Imogen and Cassandra.
